REFUNDS

PNAZ is unable to refund donations. PNAZ is unable to refund payment for rentals after the event has taken place.

Rental Cancellations

Only deposits for rental cancellations made within the acceptable window as outlined in the rental policy will be returned. They are returned to the original payment method within 30 days after approval of your return/cancellation request.

Merch Refunds & Returns 

Returns for these products ARE NOT managed by PNAZ. Customers should not contact PNAZ regarding the return or exchange of items ordered on pauldingnaz.org.

Returns for the PNAZ Merch Shop are managed by Printify. Printify is a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Printify offers a free reprint or a refund if you contact them within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with Printify using the form linked and provide a clear photo showing the issue. There is no need to return the damaged product. It may take several days for a determination to be made using the information you provide. No refund is guaranteed and all refunds are subject to the discretion of Printify.
