Children's Check In/Out Process
Folders located at all children's ministry event will contain 2 documents:

Child Information Sheet: Must be completed the first time a child uses the nursery or if the child/parent's information changes. This stays in the folder always. This does not need completed every check-in.

Sign In/Out Sheet: Contains several rows that can be used per child per check in to keep track of who currently is and is not under the supervision of the church.
