Requirements For All Applicants:

  • Applicants must effectively represent Christ and possess the technical skills for the position. A successful applicant will display their dedication to Christian principles by behaving in a manner that demonstrates the code of conduct. 

 

Little Sprouts Applicant Requirements: 

  • Little Sprouts is both a Christian ministry and a childcare center. As such, employees must effectively represent Christ by demonstrating the code of conduct. 

  • Age 18 or Older with a High School Diploma or equivalent. OR Senior in an Early Childhood Education Program.​

  • CDA Certification Preferred but not required.

  • Must complete BCI & FBI Background Check.

  • Must obtain medical clearance after job offer.

  • Must love children & have a good understanding of normal childhood development and behavior.

  • First Aid & CPR Certification (will train).
